Geared toward non-profits that are already operational, or will be in the near future, this workshop focuses on the basics of legally running a non-profit corporation. It will cover basic non-profit structure, but is intended primarily as a way to train a non-profit board of directors including conflicts of interests and determining salaries of paid non-profit employees and directors.

This presentation covers potential areas of liability as well as different strategies for asset protection.
